Jubilee University provides student services designed to support students throughout their academic experience and promote success in its distance education environment. The following resources are available to support student learning, engagement, and academic success.

Each student is assigned a faculty academic advisor upon admission. Advisors provide guidance with course planning, degree progress, and academic success throughout the student’s program.

Jubilee University offers student support and spiritual mentoring consistent with its Christian mission. Students may seek guidance, encouragement, and prayer support from faculty and designated staff as needed.

Career guidance is available to students on an individualized basis. Faculty and student support personnel are available to discuss ministry-related vocational pathways, further study, and program-related next steps as questions arise.

New students receive orientation support to help them begin successfully in Jubilee’s online learning environment. Orientation introduces students to key academic resources, institutional expectations, and online tools.

Students may receive assistance with access to institutional systems and online learning tools, including Populi and other communication platforms used by the University.

Jubilee University provides access to library and learning resources that support coursework in music, worship, theology, and general education. Students may access these resources through the University’s online systems.

The University maintains student complaint and grievance procedures to help ensure that student concerns are addressed fairly and appropriately. Students may refer to the Student Handbook for additional information.
