“Retention Rate” reflects the percentage of first-time, full-time baccalaureate degree-seeking students who enrolled in the prior Fall and re-enrolled in the subsequent Fall.
As Jubilee University began its first academic term in January 2023, fewer than three academic years of data are available. The three-year average will be calculated once three full academic years of retention data are available.
Graduation/Completion Rate
Jubilee University began its first academic term in January 2023. As a newly established institution, insufficient time has elapsed to calculate graduation and completion rates. These rates will be calculated and reported once sufficient academic years have elapsed.
Complaints and Grievances
Students and other members of the Jubilee University community are encouraged to use the established institutional procedures to resolve complaints. If the matter remains unresolved, a complaint concerning compliance with TRACS Accreditation Standards or policies may be submitted to the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS).

Jubilee University is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and responsible financial stewardship in all institutional operations. In alignment with these principles, institutional financial disclosures and audit-related information are made available to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
Members of the University community, as well as the public, may obtain relevant financial disclosure documents, audit summaries, and related institutional financial information upon request. Requests for such information may be submitted to the University’s Finance Office.
