Financial Aid

Scholarship and Financial Assistance

Jubilee University does not participate in state or federal financial aid programs. However, the University offers an institutional scholarship program to assist eligible students with their educational expenses. Institutional scholarships are awarded annually and are based on academic standing, demonstrated commitment, and available funding.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for institutional scholarship consideration, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be admitted to and enrolled in a degree program at Jubilee University.
  • Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 8 units per quarter (BCM) or 6 units per quarter (MCM).
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
  • Be active members of a WOA church or ministry.
  • Demonstrate financial need.

How to Apply

Students must submit the University’s Institutional Scholarship Application through Populi by the published deadline each academic year. Updated financial aid information and application materials are posted at least 60 days prior to each deadline.

Specific instructions and eligibility information are provided within the online application system. Students who wish to cancel a submitted application must notify the Financial Aid Office immediately.

Financial aid recipients are notified of their award status by email prior to the tuition payment deadline. Students who register as full-time recipients and later withdraw to part-time enrollment—or withdraw from active enrollment—must relinquish all scholarship funds and are responsible for payment of all tuition charges.

Renewal Requirements

To remain eligible for institutional scholarship funding, recipients must:

  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA each quarter.
  • Remain enrolled in at least 8 units per quarter (BCM) or 6 units per quarter (MCM).
  • Receive no NP grades in Chapel or Christian Service courses in the previous term.
  • Abide by University rules and policies.
  • Maintain active membership in a WOA church or ministry.
  • Continue to demonstrate financial need.
